A P.G.I. Organic wine made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is producted 60 metres above the sea level priented to south/south-west during a steel tanks fermentation from 15 to 18 days. The agening is during 12 months in durmast wood french barriques.
Name origin This wine represent the family. It is dedicated to our father Renzo Zoppi, in fact it includes his name. In addition it includes the etruscan territory because it reminds the classic italian name of the amphora used to collect wine.
