Our idea of cellar
Our idea is to obtain the best quality using a sustainable development value based on promotion and protection of resources and the respect of environment and of cunsumer's health, We use ethics methods not only to promote the organic production but also to follow our family tradition.
Organic wines don't cointain additive chemical substances than traditional wines, quite the opposite they have useful substances to our body and for this reason they respect and protect the consumer health and certificate quality and genuity. Our wines are producted following specific rules according to CE 834/07 that omits the use of chemical fertilizer and pesticides.
In the cellar our wines undergo an aging both in barrique and steel tanks, according to the type of the wine. After the manual harvest all processes like fermentation and maceration take place here until the wine is bottled. A true laboratory of taste.
