Niji
A clear and crystal wine with a straw yellow. Its perfume reminds fresh yellow flowers, great sapidity with strong freshness. At the end there can be sensed a taste of citrus and camomille.

A P.G.I. Organic white wine made up of Vermentino, Viognier e Petit Manseng. It is producted 60 metres above the sea level priented to south/south-west during a steel tanks fermentation from 15 to 18 days. The agening is in steel tanks during 8 months.
 

Name origin
The name comes from the Japanese terms “rainbow” and represent an important word in the relationship among brothers.
