Selling conditions

Object of the contract

This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 and ss. Del D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Italian - Codice del Consumo”).

The Contract relates to the sale of wine between tra Società Semplice Agricola Felciatello with registered office in Bibbona (LI), Via Firenze, 30, with VAT number / Tax Code: IT01742050493 and the consumer (the "Customer").

The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Felciatello of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the internet, on the website www.felciatello.it (the "Site").

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receipt of the products.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned term, by manifesting it by means of a written communication at the Felciatello headquarters, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, e-mail or fax.

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, within 10 days of receipt of the products.

Pursuant to article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer. Felciatello will return, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product and the complete packaging of all its parts.

Customer obligations

The Customer declares and guarantees: (I) to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (II) to be of age; (III) that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.

Jurisdiction

The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be the competence of the Court of Livorno also in the event that the Customer has his residence or domicile abroad.
